The other week we went on a studio visit to Lord whitney which is a design studio and where lectured on there design process and what there studio was about. I found this lecturer very inspirational along with the type of work they create as they are very unique and different and it helped recognise the type of working environment that I would like to work in. I've learnt from this lecture how it doesn't take much to make your own business and your business idea if it's unique. I've also always been scared of large working environments so this helped my knowledge of knowing that smaller businesses might be better for me in the future.
A few month ago we visited Yorkshire sculpture park which is where they hold famous sculptures and exhibitions by different artist. Yorkshire sculpture is very inspiring and inspires me to think out the box rather than just work with on screen imagery. I will be seeing out for further exhibitions to visit, doing this will again expand my knowledge of art work and how the different methods can be applied to my work.

From my own personal and professional practice, I feel that i need to make more time to visit more studios and more exhibitions which I find interesting, to expand my knowledge of the graphic culture.
